Certified R.E. Broker and C.P.M. candidate, with BS in Building Systems and Technology, she has been professionally associated with Property Management for nearly two decades. Beginning her career as an apartment manager for some of the better property management firms in Los Angeles, she quickly rose through the ranks to become a Property Supervisor for several multi-unit residential complexes in San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles.
Driven by her commitment to excellence, eager to face bigger challenges, and determined to provide her clients with the best service possible she established Dare Property Management in early 1995. Clients and associates immediately recognized the value of her engineering background and her Real Estate Broker's license as a priceless addition to her excellent management, financial and legal knowledge, experience and skills.
Aggressive professional determined to be the best at what she does, Mrs. Alajov conducts business with unwavering integrity. Honest and fair, she is a prime example of a business woman who flawlessly combines family duties with professional, social and community responsibilites. Avid real estate investor, she is a Board member of several such entities.
Although property management has been Doreen's primary professional focus, she has excellent understanding of the local income property market and for years she has represented clients in successful sale and/or acquisition transactions for various types and sizes of multifamily residential properties.
Recognizing the importance and the interconnection between professional growth and social involvement, she is an active member of Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), San Fernando Valley Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Apartment Owner's Association of San Fernando Valley (AOA) and National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).
