How do you collect and credit our rents?
The tenant will send their monthly rent to our lock box deposit service. All checks are to be made payable to the Landlord as specified in the rental agreement. Once a check is received in our lock box, it is deposited into the operating account within 24 hours of receipt unless there is a discrepancy between the amount paid and the amount due.

Will I be charged a late fee?
The late payment date and delinquency policy are established in the Rental Agreement in accordance with Local and State law. Dare Property Management carries out the policy as established by law. In general, all rents are due before or on the first of each month. If rent has not been sent by the fifth of the month, tenants shall add the agreed upon late fee charge to the regular monthly rent when they make a late payment.
