At Dare Property Management it is our policy to work with and pay only vendors that have been properly registered in our system and their required licenses and current insurance policies have been verified. Using registered vendor ensures our clients that their service providers are licensed, bonded and insured.

If you are currently not registered with us, and would like to be on our “Approved Vendors List”, please complete the initial application form below, and press the Submit button. We will review your initial application and we will contact you in few days with our decision. If we come to a mutual agreement you will be required to download, fill out, sign and submit our standard Vendor Setup Form and Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification) in order to complete the registration process and be placed on our "Approved Vendors List".
